Shipping costs
Standard shipping costs US$19.99 for orders below US$250. Qualifying orders of US$250 or more receive free standard shipping. The minimum is assessed after discounts. When you shop in another supported currency, checkout converts these amounts automatically.
Review the available shipping method and final total at checkout before paying. For a remote address or an unusual delivery requirement, contact us before placing your order.
Processing and delivery estimates
Please allow 1-7 business days for order processing. Standard transit is estimated at 5-7 business days after dispatch. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Customs checks, public holidays and courier disruptions may add time.
If you need an outfit for a particular date, ask us to check the available delivery options before ordering. Expedited shipping, where available, requires a separate quote.
Tracking your parcel
We send a dispatch confirmation and tracking details to the email address used for your order. Tracking can take 1-2 business days to update after the parcel is handed to the courier.
Address details and import charges
Use a complete physical delivery address and check it carefully before payment. Contact us promptly if you notice an error.
Import duties, taxes and clearance fees charged by the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. They are separate from our shipping charge.

Return & Exchange
30-day returns and exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Please contact us first with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason. We will confirm the return address and the next steps. Please do not send a parcel to an address found elsewhere online.
Condition of returned items
Change-of-mind returns must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with the original tags and packaging. Try clothing on carefully indoors. Any hygiene seals supplied with an item must remain intact.
Include your order number or other proof of purchase inside the parcel. Keep your postage receipt and use a service that lets you track delivery.
Wrong, damaged or faulty items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from your order, contact us with your order number and clear photographs. Please get in touch before arranging return postage so we can agree on the appropriate next step.
Refunds and exchanges
Once a return arrives, we check its condition and confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. The payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
Exchanges depend on the requested size or item being available. Contact us for the applicable postage arrangements before sending your return. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
