Change of Mind Returns
“Change of mind” refers to purchases made in error, such as accidentally ordering the wrong size or color, items that don’t fit as desired, or unwanted gifts. If your item is faulty, please refer to our Faulty Returns Policy.
We accept change of mind returns under the following conditions:
- Return within 15 Days: You must return the item within 15 calendar days from the date you received it.
- Proof of Purchase: Returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Condition of Item: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags and labels still attached.
- Hygiene Sticker: For swimwear returns, the protective hygiene sticker must remain in place.
- Return Location: Returns must be made within the country of purchase and sent to a store that stocks the brand.
- Excluded Items: The item must not be listed as an excluded item, as outlined below.

Returns
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 15 days with your receipt. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. For credit card purchases, refunds will be processed to the original account. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped or if the merchandise is returned to the store.
Exchange
We’re sorry things didn’t work out! We gladly offer refunds or exchanges for all unwashed and unworn merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of your order date, provided you include the original packing slip or invoice for the price paid.
