You can request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Please contact us first with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason. We will confirm the return address and the next steps. Please do not send a parcel to an address found elsewhere online.
Change-of-mind returns must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with the original tags and packaging. Try clothing on carefully indoors. Any hygiene seals supplied with an item must remain intact.
Include your order number or other proof of purchase inside the parcel. Keep your postage receipt and use a service that lets you track delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from your order, contact us with your order number and clear photographs. Please get in touch before arranging return postage so we can agree on the appropriate next step.
Once a return arrives, we check its condition and confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. The payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
